Do you support any country?
Yes. The platform is globally accessible, avoids region-locked assets, and localizes currency display where possible. Content is English-first but built to be usable worldwide.
Refund policy?
Eligible refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of the content is consumed. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, contact support and we’ll review your access logs fairly.
Are there project files?
Many lessons use text-only briefs and public domain resources to keep training universal and avoid distributing restricted assets. When project files exist, they’re provided as lightweight downloads directly in the lesson.
Is access lifetime or subscription?
Access depends on the product: some courses are one-time purchases with long-term access, while bundles may be subscription-based. Your checkout and receipt state the exact access terms.
How many devices can I use?

Do courses get updates?
Yes. We periodically update lessons to match tool changes and workflow improvements. Updates for one-time purchases are typically included unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Do you provide certificates?
Some learning paths include a completion certificate after you finish the required modules. If a certificate is available, it appears inside your course dashboard when all criteria are met.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. Receipts are emailed automatically after purchase. If you need a company invoice with billing details, send a request to support with your order email and desired invoice fields.
